Lisa Dribin

Global Program Manager

Lisa serves as the Global Program Manager for World in Conversation, where she  manages the process of building rapport and working directly with global partners and colleagues across the globe in order for them to successfully be able to participate in WinC’s dialogue program. These collaborations create a global community of institutions and individuals who participate in our center’s programming, in direct support of WinC’s public diplomacy mission.  Her love of cultures and languages, and her drive to understand the lives and stories of others, makes this role a perfect fit for her.

Additionally, Lisa is a Communications Specialist, where she gets to employ her writing, editing, and strategizing skills in support of WinC’s messaging. Lisa is also a member of the Strategic Development team and enjoys engaging with University development professionals as this team works to ensure WinC’s future.  Another facet of Lisa’s work is to serve as project manager and copy editor for WinC’s book translations project, overseeing the process of getting our center’s facilitation training book translated into multiple languages and published as a resource on our website.  Lisa also served as contributing editor for the original English version.

Lisa lives in Narberth, a suburb close to Philadelphia.  She graduated from Penn State University in 1992 and earned her Masters in Education with an emphasis in Multicultural Education, from Eastern University in 2000.  Lisa has more than 20 years of experience teaching high school social studies and history; this experience, along with previous management experience in other settings, has created an excellent foundation for Lisa’s work at World in Conversation.
