Swati serves as Communications Manager at World in Conversation. In her work, Swati strengthens outreach efforts and cultivates community engagement through authentic storytelling. She collaborates closely with all WinC teams to showcase the meaningful programming and the thousands of humans at Penn State and around the world that WinC serves every year.

As a proud Penn State University and WinC alumni, Swati’s lived experience with the long-lasting impact of WinC’s programming drives her to amplify the human impact of WinC to broader audiences.  Swati is deeply connected to the mission of addressing intractable social problems by bringing people together across their divides.

Swati attended Penn State University and New York University, where she earned a B.S.in Biobehavioral Health, a minor in Sociology, and an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management & Policy, respectively.
